We are pleased to announce that we are accepting applications from vendors wishing to operate a sales booth at the 1st Asia–Oceania Kendo Championships (1AOKC), which will be held on May 30 (Sat) and 31 (Sun), 2026, at the Tokyo Budokan.

Due to venue layout restrictions, all booths will be located outdoors and will be using temporary tents (1.5K × 2K size). A maximum of six (6) booths will be available.

Vendors are responsible for covering the Tokyo Budokan’s booth fee as well as the costs that are related to the installation and removal of temporary tents. After your application is handed in, a representative from the All Japan Kendo Federation (AJKF) will contact the person in charge at your company to provide you with further details.

Please note the following important points:

● In accordance with Tokyo Budokan regulations, food and beverages and items unrelated to kendo may not be sold/accepted.

● Applications are limited to vendors that are based in Japan.

● If you need to use the electrical power source for unavoidable reasons, please write down the details in the application form; please specify the intended purpose and estimated power consumption. Please keep in mind that additional fees will be charged in this case.

Notes:

1. Even if you submit the application, it won’t guarantee your booth reservation. You may also cancel your application after the deadline. However, please keep in mind that once the Booth is fixed, you cannot resign the application.

2. If the number of applications exceeds the limit, AJKF will draw and choose among the applicants. Booth location will be designated by the AJKF and there won’t be a change if once the location is fixed.
